External Resistance Control of Internal Resistance Output

Background External Resistance control of the internal
resistance is accomplished using the analog control
connector on the rear panel. There are two external
voltage control ranges, 0 V to 5 V and 0 V to 10 V,
depending on the configuration.
For 0 V to 10 V:

Output power = full scale power x (external
voltage/10)
PIN 5 (VREF) will output 10V.

For 0 V to 5 V:
Output power = full scale power x (external
voltage/5)
PIN 5 (VREF) will output 5V.
